Apply on the partner portal
You sign in with LinkedIn, which is how Jobric verifies your identity, then tell us what you coach and who you coach best. A person reads every application.
Candidates choose you
Jobric matches candidates to guides whose background fits their situation. The candidate picks the one they want. We don’t assign anyone to you, and you’re not bidding against anyone.
You coach, and you get paid
Sessions are 60 minutes, and you know what one pays before you take it. Payouts run twice a month through Stripe, on the 1st and the 15th.
There’s no coaching product without coaches.
So coaches are what we’re building first. Candidates can’t book a session yet. Candidate sessions begin at launch, and until then we’re choosing the guides who will be there when they do. You come in as a founding guide, not as one more name added later.
Founding guides are paid $105 USD a session, above every rate on the standard ladder below. The founding cohort is a fixed number of coaches, and it closes when it’s full.

Advocates refer job seekers, not other coaches, and earn 25% of what someone they referred pays Jobric, for 12 months. The program is live now, so it is the one thing here you can start before your first session.
Two things we ask before you apply.
Candidates come to a guide with their working life, so we start from trained coaches who have one of their own.
ICF-accredited training
You’ve completed an ICF-accredited Level 1 (60+ training hours) or Level 2 (125+ training hours) coach training program. An ACC or PCC credential is not required.
Five years of professional experience
In any field, and not necessarily coaching. What matters is a working life you can draw on when a candidate describes theirs.
Jobric verifies your identity through LinkedIn sign-in and does not verify credentials. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your stated training and experience.
From application to approval.
A person reads every application, and we see every guide coach before we approve them.

Take a quick coaching assessment
If you’re selected, someone from our team emails you to schedule it. It opens with a 20-minute live sample coaching session: a real session, not a description of one, the same kind of assessment ICF credentialing uses.
Sign the Jobric coaching agreement
Once it’s signed, we approve your account. Completing your profile is what puts you in front of candidates.

- Your identity, through LinkedIn sign-in. Jobric does not verify credentials, and says so to candidates.

At launch, and we’re not going to hand you a date we might have to move. The order is deliberate: we choose the guides first, and candidate booking opens on top of them.

By coaching. We review tiers once a month, and what we read is the sessions you delivered and how the candidates you coached rated the work. Time on the platform isn’t one of the inputs, so a guide who joined last month and coaches steadily moves up ahead of one who signed up a year ago and took three requests. The ladder starts moving once you’re delivering sessions.
Senior and Premium guides carry a badge on their public profile. Standard shows no badge at all, deliberately, because an explicit label would read as a warning on a guide who has done nothing wrong. The badge is a record of what you have done on Jobric rather than a claim about your experience, and it’s the only part of your tier a candidate ever sees. Candidates never see payout amounts.
Not yet. We’re accepting Career Guides in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, because those are the three countries Jobric supports today. More may follow, and we’re not going to guess at which or when. We’d rather say this now than after you’ve spent time on an application.
