Career Guides

You coach. We bring the candidates.

The hard part was never the coaching. It was finding the people who need you. No marketing, no cold outreach, no content treadmill. Candidates whose background fits yours see your profile and choose for themselves.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are marketing.

  1. Apply on the partner portal

You sign in with LinkedIn, which is how Jobric verifies your identity, then tell us what you coach and who you coach best. A person reads every application.

  2. Candidates choose you

Jobric matches candidates to guides whose background fits their situation. The candidate picks the one they want. We don’t assign anyone to you, and you’re not bidding against anyone.

  3. You coach, and you get paid

Sessions are 60 minutes, and you know what one pays before you take it. Payouts run twice a month through Stripe, on the 1st and the 15th.

Founding cohort

There’s no coaching product without coaches.

So coaches are what we’re building first. Candidates can’t book a session yet. Candidate sessions begin at launch, and until then we’re choosing the guides who will be there when they do. You come in as a founding guide, not as one more name added later.

Founding guides are paid $105 a session, above every rate on the standard ladder below. The founding cohort is a fixed number of coaches, and it closes when it’s full.

  • $105 a session

The founding rate, paid from your first session rather than after some number of them. No ramp, no probationary rate.

  • First in front of candidates

When sessions open, you’re among the first guides candidates choose from.

  • A voice in the product

The coaching side is still being shaped, and we ask founding guides what it should do while changing it is still cheap.

  • An Advocate link today

The Advocate program is live now, so you can earn from referrals before your first session.

How pay works

Three tiers. One number each.

Your tier sets what a session pays and nothing else. We review it once a month, and what moves it is the sessions you delivered and how the candidates you coached rated the work.

  • Standard

    $75
    per session

Where the ladder starts, whatever you did before Jobric.

  • Senior

    $85
    per session

You earn it by delivering sessions, answering requests, and finishing what you start.

  • Premium

    $95
    per session

Senior held, plus how the candidates you coached rated the work.

The ladder starts moving once you’re delivering sessions. Nothing in it reads a calendar.

The facts

What is true today.

Session rate
$75, $85, or $95 per session, set by your tier.
Session length
60 minutes, at every tier.
Moving up
We review tiers monthly, on sessions delivered and how candidates rated them. Not on how long you’ve been here.
Payouts
Twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, through Stripe.
Where we’re accepting guides
The United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Those are the three countries we support today.
Taking on a client
When a candidate asks you to be their guide, you have 24 hours to accept before the request declines on its own. We tell candidates that when they ask. You and the candidate schedule from there.
What Jobric verifies
Your identity, through LinkedIn sign-in. Jobric does not verify credentials, and says so to candidates.
Questions

The things coaches actually ask.

At launch, and we’re not going to hand you a date we might have to move. The order is deliberate: we choose the guides first, and candidate booking opens on top of them.

Jobric matches a candidate to guides whose background fits their situation, and the candidate chooses which one they want to work with. We don’t assign candidates to you, and you’re not bidding against other guides for them.

Your identity, through LinkedIn sign-in. Jobric does not verify credentials, and the agreement a candidate accepts before booking says so plainly. What you claim about your experience is yours to stand behind.

$75, $85, or $95 per 60-minute session, depending on your tier. Payouts run twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, through Stripe, so you’re paid on a schedule rather than chasing invoices.

By coaching. We review tiers once a month, and what we read is the sessions you delivered and how the candidates you coached rated the work. Time on the platform isn’t one of the inputs, so a guide who joined last month and coaches steadily moves up ahead of one who signed up a year ago and took three requests. The ladder starts moving once you’re delivering sessions.

Senior and Premium guides carry a badge on their public profile. Standard shows no badge at all, deliberately, because an explicit label would read as a warning on a guide who has done nothing wrong. The badge is a record of what you have done on Jobric rather than a claim about your experience, and it’s the only part of your tier a candidate ever sees. Candidates never see payout amounts.

Not yet. We’re accepting Career Guides in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, because those are the three countries Jobric supports today. More may follow, and we’re not going to guess at which or when. We’d rather say this now than after you’ve spent time on an application.

A person reviews it. LinkedIn identity verification comes first, then staff review, then the agreement, then your account goes active. Being approved isn’t the same as being visible: completing your profile is what puts you in front of candidates.

You’re one of the first coaches on Jobric rather than one more name added later. You’re paid $105 a session from your first one, above every rate on the standard ladder. You’re among the first guides candidates choose from when sessions open, and we ask you what the coaching side should do while it’s still being shaped. The founding cohort is a fixed number of coaches, and it closes when it’s full.

Yes. The Advocate program is live today: 25% of every payment your referrals make, for 12 months. It’s a way to earn from Jobric before your first session.
