Jobric AI Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Jobric AI, LLC (“Jobric”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company, concerning your access to and use of the jobric.ai website and all related services, applications, products and platforms (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. We will indicate any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Use of the Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
  • upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
  • impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks;
  • use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission;
  • collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service; or
  • use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

User Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including your resume, career information, preferences, and other data (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Jobric a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing. Your User Content, including resume and career data, may be processed by artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to provide job matching, career pathway analysis, and other Service features.

Anonymized Data

We may create anonymized, aggregated data derived from your User Content and usage of the Service. Such anonymized data does not identify you personally and may be used by Jobric for any lawful purpose, including improving and training our AI models.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Jobric, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Jobric to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 15 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal. After 15 days, no refunds will be issued.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

Promotions and Offers

From time to time, Jobric may offer promotions, discounts, or special offers (“Promotions”). Any Promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be made available at the time of the Promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and Jobric reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Promotion at any time.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Jobric. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that Jobric shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party services.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER JOBRIC NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH JOBRIC MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER JOBRIC NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH JOBRIC REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

JOBRIC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT OR ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME. JOB MATCHING SCORES, CAREER PATH SUGGESTIONS, AND OTHER SERVICE OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR CAREER DECISIONS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL JOBRIC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JOBRIC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO JOBRIC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jobric, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware.

General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jobric regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
